So that's not your S2, Leo?
Mihnea, if I understood correctly the dyno plot, it says:
"Max torque @ 229 Km/h and 5430 Rpm"
So at 7110 rpm (where power delivery curve intercepts the power losses one) car should have been @ ~ 300 km/h.
So it makes sense to me about powertrain losses.

Yes, I think, the power is rather small, for moods I've taken.
I have now an SMS electronic on 3B engine, and 1.4 bar boost. Now I'm looking for new program for my ECU, because I think there is a problem. My mods are listed in my profile, and I think, with my turbo k26/27/29 hybrid I surely can beat the 400 HP, so I'm looking for more HP

Hi Leo
Hope to see Your 400HP ... but is it posible with curent chip .... I don't think so ... You will have to have coustom soft made for Your car.

HI Albert
It's nice to see You here too
Once again it seems that everyone are here, but not me
I also think, that custom soft will do. However, I'm waiting for my tuner , because he promised to find out some HP... We'll see

Leo,
did you already upgrade your exhaust manifold to at least the RS2 one? If you did not yet, I hope your tuner has suggested you change it.
Original one is known to be too restrictive not allowing enough flow to go much over the 300 hp and, much more important, will thermically and mechanically stress cylinder 1 and 5 exhaust valves too much, with some serious chance to burn them off.

Hi,
I have 3" turbo-back exhaust with one silencer and stock exhaust manifold (did I wrote it right? the part that is between engine and turbo  ) . I want to install a custom exhaust manifold, coz people said that originally mounted in S2 3B engine, exhaust manifold isn't good for power over 300 HP...Comment

These are my figures from an AMD printout from 1997!! (before I owned the car)
Power at flywheel: (corrected) = 220.9 bhp
Power at flywheel (measured) = 216.8 bhp
Power at Wheels = 127.1 bhp
Power loss = 89.7 bhp !!! (sounds huge)
Max torque = 239.5 ft/lb
Ambient = 24 deg c
Wheels /tyres 245/40/17
Test Data states over boost on/off with figures on the power graph of 220.9 and 290.4 bhp
Torque graph says 239.5 ft/lb and 351.3 ft/lb
which figures are the correct power and torque? I am obviously assuming that the upper ones are the maximum with overboost engaged.
