Can any of you guys shed some light on what might be causing my intermittent miss fire?
It all started yesterday after about 90 miles of driving after I fitted my new F5DPOR plugs. I fitted the plugs, no problem. I went to see my dad in hospital, again no problem. However when I was about 5 miles from home the thing started to miss fire, mainly under load. I've taken the plugs out, checked everything then put them back and still the misfire is there. I even put the old ones back in, It's still miss firing.
The car is on 171k mileage, ABY lump. Any ideas guys?

My missfire showed itself worse when I changed the plugs. I ended up completely losing #4 cylinder so I chucked the lot in the bin and did the 1.8T coilpack conversion! It cost less than £150 for everything but just took a bit of time and effort, especially trying to find all the connectors!!
