Utterly agree on this - nicely spotted details by SteveH... Current catalog's call up the same parts but the 3B's were built with paper head gaskets and inferior conrod bearings. Definitely recommended for an RS2 conversion...
I don't think the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) has been mentioned yet - the FPR from the 7A engine is rated around 4bar - much more suitable for the RS2 injectors. Its a direct replacement for the 3B's FPR...
Definitely upgrade the fuel pump for headroom and renew the fuel filter.
Be wary of claimed RS2 turbo's - there are some scammers about. Search the forum for RS2 turbo part numbers - stamped on the plate and cast onto housings.
