    Engine running like CRAP

Just installed my new T60-1 KKK hybrid Turbo. Pressure tested everything, same injectors and software in the ECU, pulled out the WG spring just to be safe. Using the same software just to see if everything works, haven't tried any dangerous boost levels yet..

The car is running to lean on idle, sometimes stalling, I sometimes think it runs only on 4 cans.. When going 20-30 mph the cars "hickups" almost like ignition related and when I put the WG spring back, to try running a little boost, the cars runs REALLY rich, like 30-35% to rich according to the WBo2. Could one of the injectors be the problem here?

Switched MAF, Tried running without o2 sensor, same issue, tried running with another o2 sensor same issue, tried changing the ignition enchancers, same issue.

The only thing I can think of is that I removed the coilpacks with the bridge, to polish it (it looks really sharp BTW)

    My other mods are:

    Single mass flywheel
Sharper cams and the usual fuel upgrades.
    Clutch etc
The basic S2 power mods up to 450 hp only a larger turbo

No fuel leakage, no air leakage, the system is pressure tested up to over 30 psi without the slightest hint of problem.

Could one of the coilpacks be on its way out? Can there be something wrong with the triggers reading the flywheel. Both me and my tuner who was supposed to tune the car with my new bigger injectors are clueless. The vaccum hoses are OK.

are you sure the cams have been installed correctly and not affected the hall sender?

Hi Greg. The cams have been installed a long time and the car ran perfect before i switched Turbo. I hade these cams last year. So the only thing different is the turbo and bigger intercooler. haven't touched them since I rebuilt the engine last year and the engine ran fine after that.

I forgot to mention that I've also tried changing spark plugs..

have you tried refitting the original turbo to see if the problem remains?

No exhaust leakages either. Must be something electrical.

One thing comes in mind here. I extended the cables to the MAF. Does the cables have to be a specific size or something, I'm thinking resistor wise, if there could be something wrong done here, all the cables were extended one by one so I can't have placed the cables wrong either..
