If this is the second time, maybe dirt/crap in your oil cooler?

Buy a new oil cooler and the lines, clean out the feeds to the turbo etc it's the only way forward

Unlucky to say the least 2 do it twice, kinda out of ideas really maybe the oil is too thin although i doubt it, some folks here use millers oils 10w60 fully synth, i myself use millers 10w40 fully synth but then i don't tend to use high rpms a lot.

Thats real bad news mate, the same thing happened to me ,turned out the oil return valve stuck open on the oil pump, and its cost over 1200 gbp to fix it , and an awful lot of work .btdt

Maybe it's got something to do with high rpm and oil loosing it's protecting properties, just a thought, that it's happened twice in similar circumstances??

I have one succestion also, You changed a turbo? What size of an oil hole is to the new turbo? I try to explain my self. The hole that oil is coming IN to turbo, If you got turbo from some truck or other big machine they tend to have aroud 8mm intake of oil, that kind of hole is like having 8mm leak in system, it cannot hold it. Pressure is fine to the meter but actually there is not enough oil in system, the bad thing is that the oil retuns from turbo with no pressure it just flows downwords.

At least this has to be taken in considoration in Holset turbos wich are form 10litre diesel truks.

                            ok. my theory was incorrect.

Take a good look at the block, you will notice that #2 is different from the others.

He is suggesting that certain turbos need an oil restrictor before the oil inlet.
