Stages (like with Cosworth)! Example for a sticky?

QST and DAHLBACK have a stage system but their prices are redic it would have cost ross about 12k qst or 24000 e at dahlback

I have red some threads about cams and I am bit confused with all the information and data...

Do I need other cams for a S2 3B if I would go 350-370 BHP? If yes will that be exhaust cam only? Or both inlet and exhaust? What will the cam do? Add Midrange? At top end? 7A? RS2?

Like I said, maybe the info is out there but reading just confuses me further...

7A exhaust cam helps with turbo spool up and is a popular mad with most here. 7A inlet can be done too but may reduce low down torque but improve top end power. I've got a 3B but wont be fitting the 7A inlet cam as i know of at least 2 big power S2's that have sheared the dizzy drive gear off the back of the cam although i could try get it strengthened. Depends what your after.

They shear it off because of the power?

As far as i know the 7A Exhaust cam will also move the torque a bit up the RPM scale.
