A bit Sluggish today

Was out for a run this morning and it is the first longish run she has been out for while.(been sitting for 3 weeks).....filled her up and the fuel pump was pretty noisey .....gave it a blast down the by-pass and felt it was lacking something (kick!!) it was fast but not fast if you know what i mean

Thoughts that were going through my head was the fuel pump not giving enough pressure so restricting the engine?

MAF sensor starting to play up?

Any ideas and ways of checking through this

The S2 syndrome

This morning my girlfriend and I were in bed together for the first time in a while(been holding it in for 3 weeks)...She was giving off all the right noises but still I felt «it» was lacking something, I mean, it was great but not GREAT if you know what I mean

Thoughts ran through my head, could there be something wrong with the pressure unit? But after trying it out in another «vehicle» no fault codes were detected.

Any ideas, BTDTs on how to get her back to her old self, would jewellery help, what are my tuning options in this case?

Usually a nice dose of optimax (red wine), or Nitrous(Vodka) does the job but if you dont get the mixture right it will run cold showing symptoms of a dodgy thermostat and not give you the heat required, or if slightly too rich will run for 5 mins then conk out, or if really to rich will backfire and ruin your upholstery. If your serious about the upgrades, the jewellery helps, as does the pollen filter additive -Flowers- but not guaranteed to be successfull, she will run sweet but not give you the boost you need/want.
