    Hi

    I have problem with my 95 RS2

    I have fault code that coming up, engine running, can delete fault code, but when I raise throttle to over 4000 r/min fault code coming up again ( not coming up at idle speed on engine)

    Have change g40 and also camshaft wheel.

    Fault code: 00515_ Camshaft Position (Hall) Sensor (G40)
    01-00 - Signal Shorted to plus

        Timing is on all marks, RS2 camshaft wheel, water pump and rs2 belt

            Not much turbo pressure with n75 connected (0,5 bar), so assumed fault code has impact on that (but not sure)

              It could be connector getting brittle with age you can solder another one to current wiring ....

                But the RS2 timing is meant to be 1/2 or 1 tooth out from the factory marks. Do some searching here and you will find this info. Well known.

                If you have your N75 Waste Gate Frequency Valve (WGFV) electrically connected and all you are getting is spring pressure boost (0.5 bar) then there is an issue with the pressure connection between the intake manifold and the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor in the ECU or the MAP sensor has a problem.

                  Trying to find a picture of cam position wheel on RS2, anybody that have? due I see when search on forum other have had same problem with same fault code as me.

                    The RS2 cam sprocket and G40 Shutter wheel is a 105B (the ABY and AAN is just 105). The B is marked on the shutter wheel.
