S2 3b fuse 27 blowing

Thanks for the replies everyone. As suggested by Mikes2, I checked between pins 18 and 19 today and found that YES I have continuity/a short between the pins.
So at least I know its definitely the ECU causing the fuse to blow. I've found an ECU repair company online so will probably send it to them for repair.
I will do an update once I've got it back to confirm it fixed the fault.

Happy new year. Just thought I would report back and confirm that the car is now running after 5years off the road

I sent the ECU away for repair and it was the diode that others mentioned to check that had burnt out.
