ECU software when replacing an ABY MAF with an original RS2 MAF

Do you need to change the ECU software when replacing an s2 ABY MAF with an original RS2 MAF.

Do you need to change anything else?

No, they are identical except for the screen.

I can get a new original RS2 MAF and Bosch Lambda sensor for 500 pound. Thinking of buying both a spares. Nice to know there is no other work involved.

Yep I saw the thread and the connectors issues. I will trying everything to save myself 500 pound
