Not seen them that close to be honest, but you can just shift the engine & gearbox forward a few mm to create some clearance.

Offset subframe bushes

More castor, better clearance and all gearbox mounts line up again.

The engine mounts and gearbox mounts have oval holes so you should be able to slacken them off and lever the lump forward a few mm.
