...depending on the periperhy of the engine...
GTX3071 GENII is capable for 600 HP on the I5, dending on cams, manifold etc
You need to gi a little bit into detail:

How much moneye are you willing to spend :-)

450 hp at the wheels is my hp target too (ABY) and I've been thinking the following:

        RE85
        9,5:1 CR pistons
        FCP X-beam conrods
        GTX 3071 gen2
        RS2 Evo exhaust manifold
        Stock intake manifold
        Wagner IC
        Stock cams
        Stock head
Big enough injectors (need to consult tuner for exact cc)
        3" exhaust
1,8T coilmod with R8 red coils

That's my list. Based on my research this should get you at least near the 450 hp goal (at the wheels). I might have forgotten something but hope that helps

          wagner exhaust manifold
          collector of adminision BST
          siemens deka 630cc injectors
          steel rods
          series pistons
I would like a turbo that works well in low and high revolutions

I have the SQ em, reverse inlet Wagner, larger intercooler than Wagner, stock pistons and h beam rods, I use the 3071 gen2 at 2bar and make 400whp with nothing more to give. I have the 0.63ar though to allow for fast spool. If you use the 1.01ar you will get a lot more lag but possibly reach the 450whp. However as you are using a high compression ratio as I do, you will be knock limited unless you use e85 in which case you will probably do more than 450
