  • G4 sensor pin out

Would anyone know the pin out for G4 sensor?
    Pin 1: +5v
Pin2: Input to AAN ECU pin 47
Pin3: Signal ground to AAN ECU pin 48
Did I get any of them right?

I don't know about PIN numbers on the actual sensor off top of my head (but can check on a loom here), but the three pins have these functions:

    - G4 reference signal to ECU pin 47
    - signal ground to ECU pin 48
    - third pin is a screen ground wrapped around those other two wires

      I think it is,
      Pin 1, Ecu ground(48)
      Pin 2, Signal to Ecu(47)
      Pin 3, Chassis ground.

I could be wrong so hopefully someone more knowledgeable can confirm for you.

        According to schematic for G4

        pin 1 = signal ground (ECU 48)
        pin 2 = signal (ECU 47)
        pin 3 = screen ground (0V)

It’s a VR sensor, so you have signal, sensor ground and shield ground as Paul said

Yupp, didn't even think of VR-sensors at the time when posting..

Planning to use G4 pins with 60-2 trigger and maxxecu, as they present on their wiring diagram.
And as I don't like to cut the harness, I'm just gonna get connector for G4 and reroute 2 wires from that and add a +5v feed to 60-2 trigger as the Lupo trigger is Hall.
