Discussion - Turbo oil return system + vent pcv to free air = oil build up

Looking at the two oil return pipes for the K24:

034145735G for aircon:

Then the aircon version is actually installed so you have something as shown in the red circle:

Then if you run with a catch tank that vents to free air I believe you will have less vacuum in the sump and this will worsen the situation?

I'm wrong here or could there by something to it?

It does not look that scary to me as on the schematic picture, but some worrying still exists.
