  • Etka help / parts identify 3 - Or does anyone have these parts?

    Hey guys!

I am after the part numbers for the 2 bolts underneath the alternator that holds it in place!! (in the pic)
Also the part numbers for the little screws on top of the lights in the picture
Does anyone here have these numbers?

    Huge thanks in advance,

Hey this is great for searching part numbers... but where do you all find the parts? Audi has stopped making parts for older audis! Is this a bit problem ? Or have you found other ways?

Alternator bolts are not special in any way so buy them off ebay, the headlight screws are not particularly special either. If you want them to match the other side go to a scrapyard and find some on an audi or buy enough new flange head posidrive screws to replace all of them, paint them black if you want 'factory' or buy stainless so they stay looking decent. Nuts and bolts and screws are the easiest audi parts to find alternatives for.

I measured up all the old screws for my headlamps and various engine covered and replaced all with stainless versions bought on ebay in smallish packets, not the cheapest way, but all good, and no rusty heads!
