Gear boost trim

Hi guys,

Does the stock ADU ECU utilise gear boost trim at all? I know it won't boost as high in low gear regardless but just wondering if the ECU actually targets a lower boost in low gears so the torque curve is more gentle/linear? Factory service manual says to check boost pressure at full throttle in 4th gear. Specification is 2300-2400mbar (absolute) at altitudes up to 1600m.

There is no gear position sensor on these cars.
