2.3NG running issues

Hello,

I recent bought a Coupe Quattro 2.3NG but it has an running issue.

Car starts but is running very bad and low stationary. If you give some gas the car dies.
Switched the complete KE jetronic system, ignitionsystem, still the same.
We are going to measure the fuelpressure tomorrow. Fuelpump is recently replaced and with the right one.
There is coming fuel to the KE jetronic.

Anyone ideas?

Yes, twice.

Tank is rusted inside and starves the fuel pump.
