Wrong Vacuum lining? Cold start problems.

    Hello,

Im still finding my car cold start problem but cant find issue. Now i remebered that after my car was in service, they sayd my vacuum was wrongly made and made some changes. Sadly i didint see what was issue.
After we installed new brake servo we had and issue where brakes didint work. After service brakes are now very good but cold engine dont work.

I made drawings how they made vacuum lining to my car. Looking oem vacuum lining drawing then i see there is some changes but in drawing there is no vacuum brake servo so i see why they changed vucuum lines.
But still it looks that my problem can be in vacuum lines.

If we have someone smart with this problem then please help. Its horrible to drive right now with my car

    Many thanks!

Remove the one way valve and block the tubes.

Is the upside down J piece connected to anything else? Normally it’s part of the Crankcase breather system.

ECU is probably on the same line as the FPR.

The other line will go to the diff lock vacuum res.

Upside down J pcs is yes crankcase breather hose like in picture below and ofcourse it attached like use to be. I made draw where vacuum hose nr.2 attaches there.
It looks lihe vacuum hose Nr.1 and 3 is correctly made but what about nr.2 and 4?

Really no one have installed vacuum brake servo to his 3B engine?

Nr2 usually goes to a larger nipple underneath the IM
          Perhaps this one is open?

But I thought from your diagram above it’s connected to your servo.

Do you still have the carbon can?
If not you can delete the one way valve and just use the larger nipple for your brakes

You mean nr2 nipple and larger nipple nr4 to change places?
And i have 2 larger nipples( one for isv and other goes to brake and ecu like in drawing. No more larger nipples.

It would be Easy fix If someone with 3B engine Will take 4 minutes of time and Will go and see How is their vacuum lines attached. Im sure i am Not only one who is installed vacuum brake servo.
so Please someone go and look. I Cant even get to Not because of that. With cold engine, engine dies and throws black from exhaust

All nipples are the same except for size
                They all have vacuum
The one I’m talking about is underneath the IM and difficult to see. Your carbon can valve and one way valve used to connect to this one.

My car is no longer standard so no point taking pictures but actually it’s all very simple.

You must have vacuum on the ECU, the FPR and the brake servo and the vacuum reservoir for the diff locks.
The PCV system can just connect to the maf hose. Block off the old T which went to the one way valve. Leave the carbon can valve plugged in or you will get a fault code.
                You must have no leaks!
Make sure your ISV is working.
                Check your maf connector.

But definitely do a boost leak test!

I didint find any vacuum hose below IM. Only 3 little nipples and 2 large nipple behind IM. Below of IM is distriputor and thats it.
Then it must be some problem with vacuum hoses behind IM. Im afraid that someone is made little bad lining there when installed vacuum brake servo.

This is an ABY manifold but I believe it’s similar
The nipple I’m talking about is the medium sized one under the TB flange. It’s very hard to see when the manifold is installed.
Big one is obviously for ISV
                    2 small ones for vacuum
(On the ABY IM the vacuum for the DV is at the front.)

I think that in 3B manifold this pipe is next to ISV pipe. Because i dont see it in 3b one, maybe because 3b has there distributor.
