I thought everybody was going with Vidar so didn't bother, I'll have to revive an old phone to get his number.

                Cheers,
You'd be better spending a little extra for something proven.
I doubt they are using high quality cores that's for sure
                It's a love/hate relationship with the S2,i love it,it hates me

                  Chinese crap I should think.

Colin does a great job and will likely barely cost much more that the chinese rad after import duty etc. His details are here: https://www.facebook.com/captaincoll

The expensive thing as i understand is the core it self. Many buys a radiator thats done and then they modify it , that will i do.Have a friend that is a welder. The cores that different sellers buy to later on sell the modified. How knows where the origin is from. Most of modified radiators comes from china anyway.

Buying a radiator that's been produced cheaply and then having to modify it when you can buy a well made one for roughly the same price doesn't make much sense to me, buying a core and having your friend make a rad might be a better bet.

For reference the rad Colin made for me was as follows:
Twin 26mm core which had a cost price of £148 + VAT - This was 2016 so prices will be up a bit.
                      Aux rad branch deleted
                      Custom mount added for support

That just fits with the AC condenser, it is a tight fit though.

                        The core is pretty expensive.
Give me a price and the size on the radiator.that you paid. Then it is easier to see the difference on the price range.

Vidars radiators come from same manufacturer "winner racing".

I bought one of Vidar but the import tax pushed the price up by £90 also now has a small leak after only 4 years
