checked it no problem there , the oil pump is refurbished and checked from the former owner , checked it with him. Hehas started the car before me ,, but it has passed a while. The oil temp sensor is under the car on the front right side. It has a single wire attached by a screw. If you remove that sensor, there is a spring under it and a valve. It all slides out. Make sure it's all clean and not scored and put it back the same way it came out.

I drained the oil , oil filter and oil cooler ,, and it smells a lot of ethanol ,perhapse thats why the pump will not pump , and you can see the etanol in the oil. But when i fill it up with new oil now , im just starting engine to get temperature and then putting the correct in it. But now to just start , what viskosity should i use ? And is there maybe a issue with oil pump that its primed with bad oil , so when i put in my start up oil it will not start any way ? Whats your opinion guys ?Comment

How much oil does the engine take with the oilfilter ?You do not have permission to view this gallery.

When you're cranking the engine trying to get oil pressure, take all the spark plugs out and remove the ECU fuses, this will disable the injectors and ignition and stop it diluting the oil with fuel.sigpic

still no pressure ,, so the only thing to try to get the oil pressure is to start it for 10 sek ,, put some red line assembly on the camshaftsComment

If you are planning to start it for 10 seconds, turn it over on the starter for 10 seconds instead. There is a lot less load on the bearings using the starter compared to running normally.
It can take 10 seconds for the pump to suck...
Hopefully the engine was built with bearing lube throughout? It's sticky enough to stay put for a while until oil appearsComment

Haha, that's a good point!
if the gauge isn't connected it won't ever show pressure
I reckon looking in on the camshafts would show oil flowing to the head and if its at the head it would be in the bearings by then.Comment

Have you got an oil pressure test gauge? I wouldn't keep on trying otherwise you will cause internal damage if the oil pump isn't working or something internal is blocked. Check once more using a proper pressure test gauge. If nothing, you need to strip the engine to see what the problem is.Nothelle S2 Avant
