Hi all, I'm after a little bit of help. I've got an old ur quattro which I've changed to a aby ecu which works great but until the engine runs at normal temperature and goes on and off idle the fault light comes on as 00533 (idle speed regulation 10-10 adaption low limit reacted intermittent). I've got no air leaks. Is this to much fuel ? OR is the engine idling to high? What does it mean by low limit?
Check the breather pipes at the back of the cam cover are connected correctly, if they’re reversed the idle will not stabilise.
Are you running the carbon canister and the grey valve that connects to the breather pipe under the inlet manifold?
Have you tested the one way valve which is hidden in this pipe?
