After listening 2 ur video mate sounds different its there at idle ans raises with the engine it is near the front of the engine sounds almost pas pump but cant be must be lower wot kind of tensioners does the ABY have does ne 1 have ne pictures of them?
could possibly be bottom pulley not sure
Try running it with a belt off at a time. rules out the alt/ps pump/air con.
Slack timing chain between cams?
tensioner would be a growl (******d bearing) it only has one.

After more fook ups with piston rings than you can beleive its back in and running!
Wish I had listend to Mark and orderd my Total seal rings from Performance Unlimited.
Instead I gave the order to a so called friend and business college. Redline Racing Developments, Brighouse. how can it take four weeks to get some rings?
Well I have heard them all with this git. "stuck at customs"," ups at fault". then they turn up, great ! no, wrong size 2nd ring. My "friend" says its total seals fault for sending the wrong rings.
turns out all balls, my "friend" did not order the rings for three weeks! tossa!
I rang a few times, " i don't want to hassle you but I need to get them asap!" and hadn't even orderd them!! sausage head!
I have found all this out having contacted Total seal to give them the biggest bollarking, only having to save the bollarking for my "friend"!!
I am still in shock at the Olympic gold perfomace at liying!
I am sure he gets off on letting folk down.
Anyway rant over, and I did walk away before my temper got the better of me! must be getting old!
RS is running as of tonight, all sounds good, no leaks, and no knocking noise!!!
