Ski: Could be head gasket, That is proably oil , mixed with water and glycol, it looks like poo
Could also be rust from the block if the car has been standing for a long time without beeing run. Change the cooling fluid in the entire system to make sure nothing is wrong.
Jamo: The same procedure as pressuring the brake system, there are a few special tool for this, one is a lid with the correct thread for the cooling system expansion tank, and a vaccum hose that goes to a valve in the special lid, and then you pump air into the vaccuum line, or use a pump to build up pressure, it depends on how the tool is built. And listen after leaks

Head gasket was done bout a year ago, and the whole fluid was changed 3 months ago, but then the car stood for 2 months.. so I guess it could be rust from the block?

A good local garage would be easier but you could adapt an easibleed kit simply enough I would have thought?
Buy (or find in your parts safe!!!!) a spare coolant bottle lid...drill it same size as the easibleed one...o ring it if required ...then add a pressure release valve to the line coming up from the lid to the pressure source.
I have no idea what a safe pressure would be though for the coolant system? or where you would source a suitable valve Im afraid!!
or you could just put a few psi in there with no valve and listen for any pressure leaks....

Drill the lid to accept a tyre valve, pull the valve through and hey presto a cooling system pressure tester (can also be done for brake pressure bleeding! ) and dont go much over 1 1/2 bar or you may get wet lol! build pressure up slowly and keep stopping and checking for leaks... you might want to do this cold first and then hot as some leaks come and/or go with temprature!
