Run a boost leak test again. If thats ok, check the maf pins. Also check your fuel pump is good.

And the fuel filter. Any poor fuel delivery will cause boost cut as the mixture goes too weak.

My money is still on a boost leak - you need to do a proper pressure check (visual inspection of hoses is not enough)...
disconnect and connect the MAF a few times in rapid succession and remove the "moteur" fuses from the fusebox for a couple of minutes...
Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...
'03 ZX12-R daily hack.... lots of nice bolt ons...

They can leak around the injectors, from the exhaust manifold gasket as well as the multitude of hoses... as I said, visual check is no good - replaced or not, might still leak.
What hose clamps did you use? For example, mikalor type are known to cause leaks as they don't do the job properly...

It's worth replacing all the hoses that see boost pressure including all the original cotton braided rubber vacuum hoses.
The only one I like to keep OEM is the throttle body hose, the silicone ones don’t fit so well and tend to pop off.
Do the ANN throttle body upgrade from the S4 S6

because it has different PCV hoses?

No, the AAN throttle body is longer where the hose fits on. Less likely for the hose to pop off

Your symptoms sound similar to mine and based on the errors im getting with my maxx ecu, it could be related to your trigger and or cam sensor signals.
