Link to 7A cam specs?

I am looking for a comparison on the stock AAN or ABY cam specs to the 7A cam specs. Both would be nice, but I am particularly interested in the exhaust cam specs, i.e. lift, duration, overlap, etc.

I did a quick search in the Engine and Turbo forum but nothing useful cam up.

If you put cam and timing in you come up with a load.

P.S The search engine of the forum will not allow for 2 character words such as S2 or 7A
