    Timing Belt change interval?

    Anybody that can tell me this?
    Cant remember what the interval is in kilometers and year?

    It was last change in august/september 2004, and have done like 40.000 km.

          How about the number of years that it can last?

          Btw Paul, do you have any idea when you will be able to ship the MAF-Turbo hose from samco?

              Should be shipping next week for you.

              Dunno about years on the cambelt... Doubt that Audi state that anywhere - its just rated on mileage but I suppose a five year lifetime is a reasonable suggestion... In which case mine is overdue from that point of view.

                  I had a letter from carlisle Audi recently recommending that belts are changed every 4 yrs if the mileage interval isnt reached HTH
