For 500 HP you need at least the following:
-SQ or better exhaust manifold........ok np, i will make a custom one
-at least K27/29 turbo.......anyway i needed something bigger
-BIG injectors........ok
-BIG exhaust system......have 80 mm inner diameter now.should be enough
-GOOD rods.........ok
-Less compression ratio (machined pistons).....cant trust turkish machinery shops ,will get a set of ross with rings.will also use nos.ross is experienced with nos.nos requires special rings to protect pistons from nos-shock.ross knows this stuff.
-Head porting and polishing.......i dont have flow bench cant do serious porting but will do the polishing bymyself
-Bigger intercooler........ok
-good remapping..........its mihneas profession
-good gas.....95 octane in best condition this sux but nothing i can do
If you change to a SQ manifold you will need a custom downpipe......no i dont cause i will make a custom exhaust.
You will also need custom intake system........i dont understand this part.if you mean air filter and parts np.
You will also need custom oil and coolant lines........ok np
If you change the rods, you will change to head studs, change bearings, get the crank balanced, get the flywheel lightened, get a new clutch............everything is ok except crankbalancing and flywheel,again no trust to turkish mechanics
If you get a bigger intercooler, you will probably need a custom crossmember, a wagner style inlet manifold, more custom hoses............dunno the intake manifold but all others are ok np.
You will need a maf........i dont have any idea about where i can get one?which one should i get etc..
cant do all these stuff tomorrow but i am planning to do them in 3-4 months.
