I've not driven my car for two weeks cause i've been away so i took it out for a blast and it kangaroo's under full acceleration after about 2000rpm. I changed the plugs about 2 months ago when it was last serviced. Anyone any other ideas? I'm off to have a play with it now.
Mine has done this.... first i cleaned the maf sensor connector and then found that i had an air leak.... could in theory be many faults but im sure that somebody on here will have some more details
Hope that helps a bit
If you had no faults before the car was laid up, perhaps your WGFV has stuck, clean it with WD40 and make sure it operates properly. If you can get your finger on it, (its down between the MAF hose and the Turbo hose), It should tick occasionally at tickover.
