We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Is it just the 4 securing bolts that hold it on or is there something i am missing. As i have them out and it is stiff........ Need it off to get the inlet manifold off so i can get studs and head skimmed........

I know your pain, to be honest they are ALL like that. If its only between the spark plug and valve seat it should be ok. If it runs down the plug threads or into the exhaust port i wouldnt risk using it. Thats the problem i had with my head, crack started at the plug threads and went down the exhaust port for about an inch.
NA heads require a little machine work for S2 applications, for a start it dosent have the water manifold, NA heads only have the one water outlet so you have to get the other ports and bolt holes machined. For ABY/ADU motors you also need to machine the mount for the cam sensor.
I'm currently talking to Corey about said mods, might be worth giving him a call.

Happy hunting my friend, took me a year to find a half decent one
If its only small ones around the spark plugs i wouldnt worry about it as from what i've seen the only heads that dont crack are the 7A ones. Having said that i would bet anything they will crack too after a few months on a turbo engine.
