Somebody from you can tell me how much is the normal play in the valves and where to measure?
The intakes are verry good, the exhaust are more big.....
    Thank You!

I have measured the play with the valves lifted 1cm from the seat and the results are:
    Exhaust 0.45mm
    Intake 0.15mm
    Are this ok?
    Thank You!

        .

Insert a new valve into the guide to a depth where the stem end is flush with the guide,

be careful as in and ex valves are different,

        Total movement should be,

        in <1.0mm,
        ex <1.3mm.

I have measured like you said and is
          Exhaust 0.7mm
          intake 0.2mm
          What do you think?
Should i change the exhaust guides, or live them like this?
Dont know the new ones how are they.
          Thank you verry much!

            .

As you have stripped the head already, you will need new seals, add new guides which should be reemed to the proper internal diameter, then a gentle lapping of the old valves to ensure a full seating.

You say your being careful on the cost of repairing your block, so this is the minimum to do and cheapest. Otherwise a full re-furb is going to be mucho grande money.

              Yes
              You are right!
I will change the guides and seals offcourse but the valves i will keep them.
              Actualy the valves are ok!
I will make the porting off the head anyhow.
              Thank you verry much!
