I had never noticed the different cam pulley on the RS2 before - is that the reason for its oddball timing setup at one tooth off the mark ?
The cam pulley of the ADU has a different part number Paul. If I remeber correctly it has the letter "B" added to it. Also the timing is differernt regarding the Hall window angle and opening time.

I already use the 3.8 FPR The 4bar did indeed wreck the A/F mixtures so was swapped out. A new one will go back in when the remap is done.

As for the timing differences I'm sure it makes a difference but the car managed 360bhp-371lb/ft on the rollers with stock RS2 software which I was fairly happy with (for now).

the best intentions are fraught with disappointment - gil grissom

OK, that sounds interesting. Maybe the cam pulley timing is only needed for firering up the engine and at low RPM to keep a good idle. I can imagine that the Hall sensor is not used anymore at higher RPM's.
        Is that a correct conclusion?

Are you sure the hall sender window is different on the ADU cam pulley? I know the cam position is different. Where is the window in relation to the TDC mark?

I have compared both ADU and ABY spockets. The "window" is in a slightly different location between them.

I'll post pictures later comparing them.......if someone doesn't beat me to it first.

That is weird. There's me worrying about putting the hall sender in the right place relative to the window, and the window position varies anyway.

              A picture would be useful.

And if I mount the RS2 camshaft pulley and hall? Is a good way for mount a RS2 ECU and have not timing problems?
