Adjustable cam gear - What to choose?

Im now in need of a adjustable cam gear for my ABY head, and based on experiences and durabilty what are the ones to choose from?

From what I've seen for myself, 034 has a few, Dahlbäck has one, and some are sold on the bay.

    034 nr 1
    034 nr 2
    Dahlbäck Racing

    Which to choose?

    All views are appreciated too

No personal experience, but the solution with alignment holes seems nice.

On both cams, yes. Correct timing is a must.

Anders you have to use the Dahlback cam as you have an ABY. The 034 items do not work with an ABY / ADU engine.

Only Dahlback and Catcams have one that has the pickup disk for the hall sensor.

I have bought a Dahlback cam wheel and it's on-route. DJones also is running one.

            Thanks Jamo!

That saved me alot of trouble and time.
You bought it straight off mr Hans himself, or the bay?

I find it beeing very $$$ as most of the other parts from Dahlbäck

Ok, Did you also go for the 31mm version or the stock 21mm gear?

I went standard belt size to keep my build simple.

I know Aelred and a few other have a large water pump and crank sprocket to suit a 25mm or maybe large belt.

The friend from sweden, "Adolf" who? :mischeif:

Used a kent cams set of adjustable chain pulleys on my vw 16v- made good hp gains advancing inlet cam 2 deg as i recall- don't know if kent still list them, about £40 as i remember.. very useful if you are running wilder cams than std..

                          Chain Sprockets from 034
                          I have a big problem ther ....
If you align the keyways on the sprockets then the teeth dont align and the chain will not go on properly, and my engine builder refuses to use something that is made without markings and does not fit 100% the first time. (the Allen capped screws wher adjusted to the center position as best visually possible.)
He says he rather do without it at first. to eliminate potential problems.

                            I don't understand your engine builder's issue.
It is an adjustable sprocket, not a bolt on product.
He has to measure out lobe center with a degree wheel anyway.

Have to agree there it's not a bolt on product
