Knocking noise...

Right, just thought I would all let you know the outcome.

Basically the bearing on the waterpump was completely shot and thats why it was making such a racket. The mechanic reckons that it didn't have much life left in it at all.

So now the car has had a new waterpump, cambelt, v belts, idle pulley and tensioner and feels/sounds an awful lot better for it.

Sorry.... Forgot how much we believe our cars have feelings... Give it a pat o the bonnet from me and promise it something nice next week. Always works for me.. LOL...
