Does anyone use the GT3076R on their AAN?

since you have the AAN engine,you dont really need the inlet manifold.Your plans seem fine.Get the cyl head ported,get the exhaust manifold with the T3 flange,turbo choice is spot on,and a bigger throttle valve will not make a difference all that much,but you could try it.Surging is caused by the turbo and the size of the throttle body will not affect it all that much.
As for intercoolers,get a good one and dont forget to get an uprated clutch kit.You will definitelly need it!!

I have on order the 034 intercooler, it looks like the same kit as what Apikol is offering. I have already received my sachs pressure plate with organic cluth disc. I also have a aluminium flywheel, but after reading on this forum, people have had bad experience with ally flywheels on their s6. I will still use one however. if its too bad then i will stick the dual masss back on. Only thing is, my bottom end is being balanced, so putting the old flywheel on will throw the whole thing out.

That has crossed my mind. I either have to trim the metal crash bar, or by a RS4 style bumper. I really dont want to start changing the look of the car, other wise a big ally wing and graphics might follow lol

Can the standard sparks be used, or do I need to uprate them at 450-500hp?

The Apikol IC is a great bit of kit but is 3.5inches thick and I'm certain it won't fit behind the stock bumper. You may stand a chance without the aircon rad. See this thread, this core was 3" thick and a lot of trimming was required! http://audifans.net/modules.php?name...ht=intercooler

there is this front bumper that i can purchase. If I did then I would have to diguise the fact that it had an intercooler and NO, I wouldn't use the mesh

I guess I can ask 034 to see if the can suppply a thinner intercooler first of though. Otherwise, as the tree said to the lumberjack "I'm stumped!"
