I hate to say this, but if you can get over a decade of life from a radiator, you are doing pretty well...
It's almost one of those "fix it before it breaks" situations.

How often do folks even consider examining or possibly replacing the radiator as part of a big HP upgrade?
You are after all increasing the output of a heat pump...

                          Just in case

I have same issue in June this year. After I replaced the radiator ($ and ), one guy told me, how to fix that. I haven't tried, however it may work.

First you need soldering iron and stainless steel mesh (is sold in form of cylinders as filters for kitchen sinks or something). You can also use some heat gun (remember - use tool to heat the mesh, not for making huge hole in the plastics!). The goal is to mold piece of mesh into plastics (you can experiment on other plastic crap first), which will be main structure element, which holds plastics together. After that use some epoxy (like recommended here), to make sure, that there are no micro-leaks.

Sounds a bit hard, but I don't see any reasons why it should not work. I know, that plastic bumpers are fixed similar way, however guys use mesh with bigger holes...

Of course - new radiator is way better thing to get, however it's not always so fast (I was waiting for 3.5 weeks to get it).

The reason it cracks there is because most people do up the bolt with a ratchet and socket, big no no as you'll crack it in no time.

                            Tighten with a spanner only.
