    n75 race ventil problem

i bought n75 boost control valve from ebay:
    link

i pluged the hoses, like every time. lover hose to the ic, longer hose to wg. like here:
    link

i tryed with stronger(034) spring. the boost was 2.5 bar. whatever i maped the car.
i changed to stock spring. now i can adjust the boost, but only betweek 0,8 and 1,5 bar.

    any idea?

The longer side of the N75 goes into the intake pipe.
the shorter side goes to the wastegate.

BTW i found out the hard way that around 2bar boost the N75 is very unstable, and tends to do weird things that cause pistons to melt.

Jamo is right - assuming thats an ordinary factory spec WGFV - love how these get sold as 'race valves' on eBay - LOL.

The link below gives good insight on correct orientation of the WGFV, some fundamentals on boost control and how to check you have the ports setup the correct way round.

thanks guys. the plug down goes to the intake, the shorter goes to wastegate. now its working, but my boost pressure coming late. i have 2bar on 4500rpm. i dont thik its good.
if the valve in my hand. i blow to the downer plug, the air coming out from the shorter plug. this exactly like on faheemo picture.

                      Sorry!
                      I think is not right
The down pipe should connect to the pressure side off the compressor, not to the intake!

Iff you reverse the intake with the pressure side off the compressor.. the pressure will push open the piston from the valve.. alowing the air to go to the wastegate.
