i need you guys experience.
i am not satisfied with my car. 2.2 engine gt2876r with .82ar
i have 2 bar boost on 4400rpm. i think its late.
my previous car was 2.5 stroker with gt3540r with .63ar.
boosted 2bar on 3500rpm.

what you guys experience?

I'd have thought the .63 would be better suited to that turbo, it's virtually identical in spec to the 3071r

The larger A/R numbers always deliver higher up the rev/flow range and you are running it with 2226cc so I would expect it to be worse for low-mid end performance than a 2.5 stroker on a similar sized turbo with smaller A/R.

on which gears do you get the 4500? on the 2nd and 3d or the higher gears?

With 67mm impeler turbo and 2.2L you can have 2bar arround 4000rpm.

Are you sure you do not have boost leak, cam timing right etc...?

3rd gear: 4300-4400rpm=2bar
4th gear: 3900-4000rpm=2bar

no. i dont have any mechanic problem. i checked everything.

i checked my older logs, from my green s2 with 2.2 gt30r .63ar
almost the same.

i tryed a stronger one. nothing changed.

maybe not true the gt2876r has full boost on 3500rpm on 2.2 20vt.

034 reckon full boost by 3000 on that turbo, something is wrong I'd say. .

Your confusing it with the 2871 which will have that boost profile.

ok. but if the 2871 working on full boost at 3000rpm. my turbo has to do the same max 3500rpm.
