I was topping up my engine oil this morning, and found a small amount of "mayonnaise" on the underside of the filler cap. I wiped it off with a clean rag, topped the oil and water up and ran the engine for around 15 minutes.
After that, I turned the engine off again and took the oil filler cap off, to find this:

As I said, the engine had been running for around 15 minutes, and this was the steam coming out the exhaust.

And here is the engine temperature just before I turned it off to see under the oil filler cap.

Am I being a bit paranoid, and its mere condensation from the prolonged cold weather and moisture from the aluminium head sweating, or something more serious perhaps?
The engine doesn't overheat, the heater blows nice and hot, and it doesn't use that much water, perhaps about half a litre every 6 weeks (roughly), unfortunately it has a large oil leak, but I think its the oil pressure switch, could this be related somehow?
Thanks,
Mark
