Suitable for all 3B, stock turbo Audis. Requires a specially notched 3.0 BAR MAP sensor for the 3B ECU, included in the kit. Uses stock FPR and wastegate spring.

We recommend this tune for all motors with stock internals, upgraded engine rods or pistons not required.

Specifications:

-20psi overboost, 13psi to redline, 7000rpm rev limiter

-Air/Fuel ratio 11.5-11.8 under boost, 14.7 under light load and idle conditions. Recommended for 91-93 octane fuel.

-~40whp increase over stock power, and a much broader powerband.

Chip Tuning Package includes:

- Specially notched 3.0 BAR VMAP sensor with installation accesories for 3B ECU

- 034EFI Stage 1 Chipset (fuel/timing and boost)

Thats a big price... almost GBP500 at current rates. In a month or so I should be doing 3B chipsets including a 2.5bar MAP upgrade (the stock turbo can't go more than 1.5bar boost usefully) for half of that.

For a bit more they'll have three maps / modes as well that can be switched on the fly with two external switches. Watch this space.

PAUL, may with 300kpa map sensor and all stocl mechanicals will go to 1´7bar only in 5th gear,1´6bar in 4th gear and 1´5bar in third...

i think that it will be reliable, i meet some people with this similar setup and never had any problems with the turbocharger ,because the 1´7bar only appear in few time under full acceleration and early go lossing pressure

I think its too high for K24 - it becomes a hot air pump with very low efficiency at these levels. You might get away with it using very large intercooler - but its a lot of stress on that little turbo !

I'm working on that - maybe this Summer - probably look at RS2 and 2871R setup.
