Sump baffle, check valves?

I might have to make something like that if i cant find any of the check flaps.

I assume a RS2 sump is pre drilled and tapped for the baffle because i dont remember my ABY having the holes.

I've got something like that as standard on my 7A Like a plastic plate with slots in it to stop opil spalshing up the crank case.
Can't see it in the FA though, i'll take a pic later its in my garage

I'm trying to make the standard sump on my car a bit better but cannot find what i'm looking for.

They are small rubber flaps thet pop into place to let oil flow in one direction.

I know people use them in cosworth circles like this.
