Boost problem

Hello folks,

I started getting an hesitation in my RS2 while in wot a month ago. Seemed to me like a boost problem, uneven. Two weeks ago my RS2 started doing this noise when coming off the throttle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGpv5...eature=related. I´m getting a noise very similar to that one. I tried to find past posts on this, but I don´t know how you guys call that noise, so I thought of sending this video.
A friend of mine told me I could be the DV valve. I replaced it, and it still makes the same noise. I get uneven boost as well and the car sometimes seems to be running rich, poping in the exhaust. Any help would be much appreciated.

That sounds more like the wastegate noise to me, even though it shows a dump valve in the video. Could be the diaphragm has split inside the wastegate?

I thought it could be that, opened the wastegate and checked the diafragm. It´s new, and in perfect condition. Seems to be something else.

Do a boost leak test.

I'd make sure you dont have a split in the vacum line from the IM to the DV and change your DV again.

If you are getting this sound it must be compressor surge.
