It saves a lot of time than writing it out on pen and paper.
3076R can do 550hp at 2.7 bar (3.7 absolute) and still in 68% efficiency and sensible shaft speed. But does suffer surge, carefull mapping of the boost at low rpm will be needed.
3582R goes into surge easily tho no wonder i can hear it at wot from a low rpm. I nearly allways drop it down a gear so its not raelly a problem.
I guess BSFC is affected by cams and comp ratio? It makes a big difference. Also tweeking the IC losses, you can see how the long pipework on the stock configuration could affect surge.
Like the way it overlays the boost curve onto various compressor maps... my attempts at 'turbology' in excel produce nice results - which I'd like to crosscheck with this sometime - but plotting the compressor map is still a manual process from my spreadsheet data.
it doesnt make much sense to me. On Holset turbos which are quite big power providers, the diagram is off the chart.Maybe it has to do with the numbers being placed on the charts, but anyway

You're right it does not work properly now all the numbers are messed up and the lines go the top of the charts.
I just had 456psi of boost displayed to me in the figures
