UrS6 with GT2871R not pull enough!!??

Hi Mates,Let me formally introduce myself first.I'm here for a big while.
I'm living in Thailand.the S-car is rare here.And i'm supposed to be the only one
guys here who mods the S-car upto the this step.recently,I got the GT2871R
Kits from 034's.Here's the part installed on my car.
GT2871R turbo.
1.9Bar WG Spring.
034's 2871R S/W.
3.0Bar Vmap.
5.0Bar FPR.
044 Bosch FP.
440cc Big Green Injectors.
D585 Coils.

Wagner RS2 'EM is on the way.

Currently,I'm running with the stock AAN Exhaust system with Catless.

The car is Automatic tranny.I feel like the car doesn't pull enough and the boost
comes late compared to the MRC Chipped car.The car will pull stronger somewhere
over 4KRPM.I feel it won't go faster compared to the chipped car.That's a bit disappointed.Sometimes when I tried WOT for many times at the same RPM level.
it feels like the car doesn't pull constantly everytimes.

The 0-60MPH ~7.95Secs with 19"RS6 Rims
the Chipped car 0-60MPH ~7.7Secs with pre-Revving from Stanstill (stock 16"AVUS Rims)

I feel like the boost comes a bit late than i'd imagine so firstly,I'm thinking it's caused
from the bad N75 Valve.As when i WOT I saw the boost needle swing up and down when it peaked(~0.25-0.5Bar).
sometimes the boost acheive 1.8Bar sometimes 1.5 bar,the worst 1.3-1.4 Bar at the same RPM level.So i tried to disconnect the vacuum /boost that running from N75 to WG .The boost needle is better. it 's constantly.but it seemed the boost is still a bit late.No matter how hard i try,the boost will acheive 1.0 bar after 3KRPM.

I don't know if it's caused from the stock DP,Exhaust system and stock 'EM.
what's the additional gains or feeling of the car pulled after I replaced the left items?
i'm waiting for RS2 'EM to be arrived.My custom 3" on Downpipe and 3" exhaust pipe will be done at the same times as the RS2 'EM have arrived.please enlighten me if something could possibly wrong on the setup.I'd appreciate on that.

The problem is your stock AAN EM that you are forcing to glow red hot!
Wait for the RS2 EVo EM to be mounted in order to get much better results.
The stock AAN EM is suitable up to say 300 HP. Your kit can produce more then 400 HP

Maybe you have other problems with your car, 7.7 sec 0-60 is very poor for a standard car S2.

Never mind a chipped one.

i wouldnt boost that engine over 1.6 with stock internals, have u changed Rods ? i suggest H-Beam .
try to skip the N75 and go on boost manually with for example turboXs perfomance valve. works good.
u should also check your hoses if there is a leak in the system somewere ?

this is a potensial 400 hp kit, but not more . This turbo is pretty empty at the high boost ! It might hold for a short moment though.

I prefer my self a Turbonetics E50 for fast spoolups and it perfect to 400+ kits.

Do you think the result will be backhand & forehand?the car is running like the stock K24 turbo not like on 2871 Turbo.As you'll see on the G Tech graph.

Mine Got 7.95Secs on 2871R turbo very poor.

What's the use of MBC instead of N75 ?well,one of my friend also gave me kinda idea to me as well.He has MBC laying around and never use of it.Anyway,I have done the experiment on disconnected the vacuum/boost line that running from N75 to WG chamber. the boost still come late though, That's why I'd skip MBC on my car first.

I have done on the boost leak test.But not sure if there's some leak on the system.
I'd rather check on them again.

Currently,I'm running ewith stock rods.034's has clamied that the 2871R setup is not required any internal upgraded.the overoost is around ~1.8-1.9Bar,linear 1.5-1.6Bar.

yeah sorry I meant when it will be running well.Out of interest has it had the gearbox ecu map file changed aswell?I have heard of this happening on some german cars when they have been remapped

Spink,Never done on it yet.I couldn't find anyone who will be able to do it.Paul told me once that "GIAC" has the Mods S/W for TCU.Right now I'm finding the way to import the Manual Tranny from USA or UK.
