How to adjust Throttle Idle Angle?

How do I adjust the Throttle Idle Angle?
I have an idea that I should adjust the throttle damper, like shown in this document, but not a 100% sure that this is correct.

Currently it reads 8.7%age in VagCom and pretty sure I have read that it should be between 5-7%age.

Before I switched to the new ABY TPS I was by mistake running a 3B it was fine at 5.7%age.

Do you by any chance now what the Throttle angle should be at idle? I can see that has angle is 9.2.

I have read somewhere that is has to be between 5-10 and other places between 5-7.

Cool then it should be fine with the 8.7%age
