Audiman and me paper head gasket was working only 20kms in my car boosting 2.0bar with RS2 specs....

BUT with the same paper head gasket my engine was working PERFECT around 25000kms but boosting 2.0bar with oem mechanicals , i think that with all stock mechanicals my paper head gasket will do a lot of more kms surelly

With a metal HG 3Bs can be tuned to at least 400 bhp unopened, maybe more. It's been done more than once. Uprated rods are needed if you want >600Nm, or if you want to run with knock, or a the wrong dizzy rotor.
Do you big ends really need changing? They'll soon tell you if they do.

rod bearings dont need to be changed, yes they are different, but will be ok, i ran at 375bhp on 150k mile stock rod bearings. In all fairness to the paper headgasket, it had done about 135k miles so was old and tired.

Paper gasket is NLA and should stay that way!

On a 3B, make sure you replace the ignition parts, plugs, leads, cap and rotor arm for GENUINE parts, make sure you get the right rotor arm! Misfires are the 3B's worst nightmare, but in good condition they will do over 500bhp without hassle.

Stock engine without rods will take about 380-400bhp, as long as the torque is limited to prevent the rods bending.

i'm more concerned about the gear box going on my 3b that's what is stopping me from going past the chip stage of tuning .
never set your expectations to high that way you are never disapointed

The gearbox can still go, even with K24 torque. BTDT.
There were rumours of a modified input shift for the ARV. The front diff pinion bearing failed in mine.

yes the 3b gearbox is a weak point, but only if you go mad (tom runs and hides). stock gearbox would be fine at rs2 level, providing its not got mega miles, but then anything with high miles is going to fail, especially if you fire 100+more bhp in to it.

He's destroyed 3B gearboxes and a V8 rear diff on the shere power of his old S2

                              how deep is your wallet?

You need to change a lot of items to convert to 6 speed. Its possible, but the gear linkage is the expensive bit and hard to come by. Propshaft is different, but think you can get away with 5 speed one(cant remember now), and subframe is different.

Proving you arent going for stupid power like i did (600+) then stock 5 speed will be ok until about 400bhp

you need the ABY coupe propshaft, or the front section from an s2 avant shaft and mate that up to the rear part of your 3B / CQ one IIRC
