for the sake of logical fault finding, whu not just put it back together as it was (I guess excluding the aux rad), it's only 10 mins or so to put back the old dv, and then the n75, have a good look at the n75 connections when you're there and check that the n75 (lower hose) is secure at the other (compressor) end.Comment

newsh - dont think so , but its the first tinme shes had a full tank. Cant see that making a difference. And fuel pump at the rear isnt it?
s2central - Kiech speakers? ur not scottish at hear are you mate???? Didnt move any belts when i was in there but they did get a soaking from the aux rad.
Ericd - yup, logic would suggest stickin the old valve back in, just bugging the HELL outa me as it sounds rotational but not speed affected. It does seem quiter driving now but just as load idling.
