urs4 aan not running well

The car "suffered" an automatik to manual swap.
I had to bridge some conections at the ex auto gearbox cable so the car thinks that the lever is in n or p so i can start it.
When applied full throttle the car is not running smoothly and for a seccond is running like a turbo and for 5 secconds like a non turbo(NA)....
Tomorow i'll be mounting the boost gauge to see the what boost it has when it does not accelerate...It seems to me it is a spark problem when under boost,but i'm not realy shure.
Could be the ecu?(it is from an auto gearbox car).It thinks i'm in n or p and that's why i dont have powe under boost?

That is a good guess. The engine ECU for automatic AAN cars is different than the cars with std transmissions. Suggest that you find a std trans AAN ECU and try it to see if that is the problem.

SOLVED!!!(allmost)
Made the conversion to 1.8 coils.(thanking the autor of the scheeme)
After 2 hours of running,piston 3 started to have problems...It is not the coil,i have put the coil from nr 1 at nr 3 and viceversa,and when i disconect the injector cabble from THE SAME NR 3 feels no difference...
So....spark plug?all 5 are new(bosch,the right code),but they runned 2 days on car with the bad coils.....i'll try to to change the spark plug from 3 to one from 2 and try to disconect the injector cabble again to see if it is a spark problem.
Somebody experienced injector faults?When smoothly pressing the gas pedal until half and after that full throttle the nr 3 is running ok.IF full throttle is pressed from the begining nr 3 piston is in holiday and the oders are working for the UGLY nr 3...

I'm not sure this will run properly unless the ECU is using chipset for manual AAN - chips from 4A0 907 551 AA or A. I can help with that if you wish - or you might be interested in upgraded AAN setup - though sounds like you should get running nice and clean in factory setup first of all.

The car is starting to run better(by it self).
The spark blug from 3 has a broun red colour(seems to run with less gas than the others).
I'm interested in changing the cip from ecu.Pm me please with more info about upgrades,costs,delyvery,payments etc
