Hey guys!
Just refitted an engine in my car after a major overhaul. The thing is.. I think I've done something rather stupid.
1. I didn't unscrew the crank bolt on the engine i've switched from. That's a part I had planned on using with the new one. don't really see how I'm gonna put 400nm of torque on a motor lying on the floor. Any ideas?
2. There's still a crank bolt in the engine I've switched to. There's no vibration damper though. I figured the bloke who had it before me had removed the vibration damper and just tightened the bolt a little. However it seems to be very tight. Is there some way to lock the engine without using the 2084 (Or was it 2079?) with the engine still in the car? Note that the clutch is new.
I'm just seeing problems right now. These problems usually solve themselves when i get down to the garage and take a look at things, but they seem to grow to new proportions whenever I'm away from there for a longer time.

you are having a laugh.Tried 4 different ones including the supposed super duper one from the peugout dealers next door, this was with the vagtool locking the crank pulley.
