since you're using copper tubing you might weld some small nuts over the holes (castolin silver rods with oxy-acetylene welder), having the right thread for fitting in some carburettor jets.
They should come very cheap, allow much better atomization and you could choose the right hole diameter that will suite your needs.

Just a thought. Didn't experiment this, but might work....

P.S. Why don't you just use water/methanol IC spray and save the Nitrous for chemically supercharging the engine ? looks a little bit a waste to me....

Nitrous isnt that cheap either! WHen i was running NOS i was paying 3.50 per pound of the stuff!!

CO2 is much much cheaper and just as good for it!

Pisobiker : thnx for the idea , but i think the problem is copper tubing is very close to coller. i will take a abit front.and serious mistake about the current system is it doesnt flow to side collectors of intercoller.

S2ant: it off course not a good idea to use nos if you dont have anything in your garage. but i had all necessary parts.besides my firend has a filling station just 5 minutes from my home.

next week i will come up with a very effective system. for the ones who are interested in doing this stuff like S2 ant said co2 is the best way to go .cost effective...
-just get a fire extinguisher
-6 meter hose
-eletric selonoid
-flow pipes / nozzles very easy

pls dont misunderstand but, cooling with chemicals is like space-age comparing to viper type water injections. you will spent same time,same money.....

Intercooler spraing

The trick is:
The water self doesn’t cool the intercooler very much.
The water must be spraid in very smal drops of water.
Small drops water wants to get gas.
For this proces it needs warmt, and gets it out the air for the cooler.
So spay the water in front of the cooler and not on it.
In my opion is the spray on the intercooler not the richt one.
Permanent use also makes the system mal****ion, the smal drops must turn into gas!!!!
The same technic is used in greenhouses.
