As said above - I'd expect circa 1bar on redline for max power in 300bhp country and stock injectors on stock FPR should be fine and dandy. The wee stock turbo aint so happy running quite that much boost on the redline - so a good intercooler is required to keep air temps sensible up here.
Thanks for the offer, but the chips are scrambled

    MAP sensor?
What boost should I be seeing?

As I said earlier, pretty sure that they junked the K24 on this conversion:

I don't, sorry Andy... The old girl hasn't been on a rolling road since 2003 when we got her and when that figure was generated... (My experience with rolling roads suggests it's probably +/- (more likely) 5% too)...

To my knowledge, the car is totally standard (even paper airfilter) apart from the MTM StageII remap.

Didn't mean turbo wise, K24 doing 300 is like the magical 4 minute mile.

I think Rusty will get there, if he threw in a 7A exhaust cam

Surely the biggest difference was the turbo (small RS2 upgrade, RS2 cold side, small K26 hotside).
Martyn has sold that car now, but it's still local so I'll try getting touch with him.

307 bhp should be achievable on stock ABY setup

IIRC stock ABY setup will support 320 bhp on RS2 turbo

    sorry thats t2andy isnt it.

id suggest after consulting repo and others along with my findings.

    1. standard reg is easy fine for that.
    2. id boost control or have it mapped on the standard spring.
    3. depends on the ecu setup. sure paul can help here. i got 4 bar in my vems.
    4. 1 bar on mine will see 300hp.

imho mtm is old hat and the same can be got for less now unless you really want mtm.

on a 2.5 id be going SC6057 full v band turbo for mid 2k spool and running to whatever but thats a 1200 dollar turbo.

i doubt im helping here sorry.
